Clean Sweep

Welcome to “Clean Sweep”. We, at Bryan Pest Control, wanted to develop a process to address the pest control needs of our “Real Estate” friends throughout the Florida Panhandle. After surveying real estate professionals in the market, we found out that anything less than a “pest free” environment, when showing a new property, was unacceptable. With this in mind, “Clean Sweep” was created.

“Clean Sweep” addresses new & current listings. The process consists of an interior & perimeter odor-free, environmentally safe treatment plus addressing critical areas conducive to pests, such as corners & crevices on the exterior which spiders tend to infest. Yes, we sweep cob webs. This is to assure you of No Surprises running across the floor or around the building when showing a property to a potential home buyer.

We are offering “Clean Sweep” for $ 50.00 for all houses less than 3000 sq. ft.  There will an additional charge of $ 5.00 per additional 500 sq. ft. We are offering this product to the Realtors of NW Florida to enhance their sales opportunities and also to build our client base.

To take advantage of this process & special pricing we ask that once a treated home sells that we receive new contact information (name, address & phone number) from your office within 21 days of closing. At that point we will contact the new owner to offer our continued Pest Control Services along with our Termite Protection and Lawn Protection & Enhancement products.
