Residential Termite Control

We provide the Sentricon System for all of Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Escambia, and Walton counties.
Bryan Pest Control was one of the first companies in Florida to offer the Sentricon System after being authorized by Dow AgroSciences. Sentricon monitoring devices are installed in the ground around the perimeter of your structure to intercept foraging termites from the soil. When termites are actively consuming the monitoring device, it is replaced with a bait matrix that is carried to the colony. As colony members feed on the Sentricon bait, it disrupts their growth process, causing the colony to lose its reproductive capacity, eventually destroying the colony.
Why the Sentricon System?
- Property protection through proven colony elimination
- The Sentricon ® Termite Colony Elimination System has been documented to actually eliminate termite colonies by utilizing the biology and behavior of these pests to affect their demise.
- The Sentricon System is protecting more than 1 million homes and commercial properties nationwide.
- Proven termite colony elimination has made the Sentricon System the No. 1 brand in termite protection.
Non-disruptive
- Bryan Pest Control can install and monitor the Sentricon System exterior stations without even entering your home.
- With the Sentricon System, no drilling in floors or foundations is required, and it results in limited disturbances to landscaping.
- Liquid chemical treatments involve digging a trench and treating the soil around and under homes with hundreds of gallons of diluted chemicals. Additional liquid chemical may be injected through floors, porches and patios.
Environmentally responsible
- The Sentricon System uses termite bait only when and where termites are present to eliminate the colony.
- With liquid chemical treatments, hundreds of gallons of diluted chemical may be necessary to treat around and underneath a home.
- The Sentricon System was the first product registered under the Environmental Protection Agency's Reduced Risk Initiative and is the only termite treatment that has earned the Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award.

Termidor is made from a revolutionary new nonrepellent or "undetectable" chemical technology treatment. That means termites cannot see, smell, taste or avoid Termidor. Instead they contact, ingest, and share it with their nestmates. This is in sharp contrast to older liquid termite controls, which rely on repellent barriers that termites can finds breaks in or avoid completely.
The "Transfer Effect™"
Termites who contact Termidor transfer it to every other termite they in turn contact in a unique process called the "Transfer Effect." And because Termidor is engineered to be slow-acting, termites have ample time to spread it throughout their entire termite colony.
