Pest Management

Our trained service professionals will carefully inspect, detect, and provide specific treatment for controlling pests inside while providing protection outside from invaders to your home or business. Our goal is to ensure you are informed and involved in the treatment strategy for your protection from pests invaders.

A summary of pest management procedures for your home or structure is as follows:

1. Customers are questioned to determine problem perceived by them (customer)

2. A thorough professional inspection by our service technician of problem areas perceived by the customer are investigated. All areas of the building are inspected and treatment strategies are made considering best management practices. These areas include the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room/areas, fireplace, utility room, garage and attic (when applicable).

3. After the inside inspection and treatment is completed a perimeter inspection and treatment is performed. We seek out pests where they live around the perimeter of your home or business and treat before they have a chance to reach the inside. Windows, doors, foundation, vents, eves, etc. are checked and treated.

4. Where sanitation or habitat modifications are needed the issues are discussed with the customer before treatment is performed.
